As a courtesy, we can bill most insurance plans on your behalf. We are also preferred providers for many insurance companies. When you call for your first appointment, we will ask for your insurance information. We will contact your insurance carrier to help assist you with determining the specifics of your plan. Please let us know of any changes in your insurance coverage.
Our front office coordinator will provide you with a print out of your treatment plan. We do our best to estimate what your insurance plan will cover; based upon the verbal information we get directly from the insurance company. We will then be able to estimate what your out-of-pocket portion is. We ask that you provide your estimated patient portion at the time of your appointment. We accept Cash, Check, Visa, and Master card. We do not provide in-house payment plans; however, financing is available on approved credit with Capital One healthcare finance. We can also help you with the application process here in the office.
