Appointments

Our office hours are Monday & Tuesday from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M and Wednesday & Thursday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. We take lunch from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M.

Insurance

As a courtesy, we can bill most insurance plans on your behalf. We are also preferred providers for many insurance companies. When you call for your first appointment, we will ask for your insurance information. We will contact your insurance carrier to help assist you in determining the specifics of your plan. Please let us know of any changes in your insurance coverage.

Payment

Our front office coordinator will provide you with a printout of your treatment plan. We do our best to estimate what your insurance plan will cover based on the verbal information we get directly from the insurance company. We accept Cash, Check, Visa, and Mastercard. We do not provide in-house payment plans; however, financing is available through Lending Club and Care Credit. We can also help you with the application process here in the office.
